Great experience, as usual. The staff, from front desk to assistants, are absolutely top notch. Dr. Doppel is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and professional and I always feel like I’m the only patient in the practice, even though I’m not. I arrived early for my appointment and even got seated early! This was my appointment to check my retainers. I had recently had a crown placed by my general dentist and have been having issues with my bite adjustment due to the crown being high. Dr. Doppel really listened to my concerns. She did a minor bite adjustment which has already made it feel better and also gave me a printed list of how to handle TMJ discomfort and some physiotherapy exercises I can do at home to help. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I receive in this practice.

Dr. Doppel and the staff at Pacific Orthodontics are so welcoming and knowledgeable. They have all made a somewhat uncomfortable experience by nature almost fun. I always look forward to seeing the team when I go in for adjustments. On top of a fantastic team I am incredibly pleased with the progress my smile has had in such a short amount of time.
