I’m about five months into my treatment with Dr. Doppel and have nothing but great things to say! As my orthodontist, she has such a calming and caring energy and always makes time for questions and discussion. After three different orthodontic consultations, she was the doctor I felt most comfortable and confident with. Her office staff is extremely responsive via email and phone, and I’ve always been able to get in quickly if I’ve had an urgent concern. They rock! Emilio is the orthodontic assistant I’ve seen for most of my adjustments, and he is great. Patient, kind, and always explains what he’s doing. I feel very confident in his work, and Dr. Doppel always checks in, reviews my progress, and spends time with me at each appointment. I was dreading braces at 38 years old, but I actually look forward to my appointments. So happy I chose this office!
Im very happy with the Invisalign treatment I received from Dr. Doppel and her staff. This office is in a great location. There is street parking or a parking garage right outside. The office is always clean/fresh and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Makes you feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends and anyone who needs braces or Invisalign.

I had a great experience with Dr. Doppel and the entire team. While the price is a bit higher compared to other orthodontic offices, the quality of care and attention to detail absolutely make it worth it. Dr. Doppel is very candid, honest, and always provides a warm welcome. She genuinely cares about the outcome and takes the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out to me the most is that she never cuts corners—on what was supposed to be my final retainer visit, she recommended additional refinement trays purely for aesthetic perfection. That level of commitment really shows how much she values her patients’ results. The front desk staff is also consistently kind and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Although I’m still waiting on my final set of retainers, I’m already confident the end result will be amazing. There are plenty of at-home Invisalign-style options out there, but the professional touch and expertise you get here truly make a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back for check-ups even after completing my Invisalign treatment. Highly recommend! UPDATE: I also wanted to add how impressed I am with their aftercare. After finishing my treatment, I had an issue with my nightguard being too thick and uncomfortable. Dr. Doppel took the time to carefully examine what was causing the issue and worked with me to resolve it. Even after a few weeks, she continued to address the problem until everything felt right. I really appreciate that their care doesn’t simply end once the Invisalign treatment is finished. They genuinely stand behind their work and make sure their patients are comfortable and satisfied afterward as well.
The whole team is kind and bright. Dr Doppel has a deep pool of referring dentists for good reason.

Everyone is so wonderful! They work with you and listen to your needs. They often can get you back in urgently or early the same day if you are early for you appointment. Very gentle. Kind and caring staff with great views!
I walked in with little confidence that my top teeth could be straightened, and walked out 8 months later with a great smile. Dr. Dopple and staff are incredible - they treat you professionally but at the same time, just like you are part of the family. I had an amazing experience and will miss them - I don't say that a lot about anything dental! LOL
My initial consultation appointment was very professional and orchestrated with a knowledgeable and skilled team. It was a great experience to witness. And Diane is a total expert and just a lovely person. They have the process down pat.
I was told I might need a second jaw surgery. Thankfully, I got a second opinion first. When I first moved to Seattle, I was dealing with ongoing bite issues despite already having had orthognathic surgery (upper and lower), wearing braces, and wearing Invisalign. Another provider here told me more surgery might be necessary. Dismayed, I sought a second opinion at Pacific Orthodontics, and am so grateful I did. Dr. Doppel recommended taking the Invisalign off entirely, skipping additional surgery, and instead pursuing myofunctional therapy. That recommendation has been genuinely life-changing. She has a deep understanding of how anxiety, mouth-breathing, tongue posture, and jaw clenching are all interconnected and how they affect orthodontic outcomes. Her bedside manner is the best I've encountered anywhere. I also want to highlight the front office staff, who are consistently friendly and responsive whenever I've had questions about my retainer or mouth guard. Everyone in this office is excellent, from the clinical team to the front desk. If you've had frustrating experiences at other dental practices in Seattle, Pacific Orthodontics is worth the visit!
I heartily recommend Dr. Doppel. She is a highly skilled orthodontist who also communicates clearly. Her staff are proficient and friendly. My emails and questions were promptly answered and the two referrals I needed during treatment worked out well. In her care, I completed treatment (braces) sooner than estimated or expected. Based on my experience as an adult patient, I am certain Dr. Doppel is good with children and makes the orthodontia experience fun for them.

Great office! Friendly staff! Orthodontists are experts in their craft- especially with adult ortho. Downtown Seattle location but with easy I-5 access and parking at Pacific Place. Plus stop at Mr. West in the lobby for a quick coffee, breakfast, or lunch.
Officially, I've been in Dr. Doppel's care for a year and I've loved every minute of it. She's an excellent orthodontist and is very thorough in her approach. My initial set of aligners were 40 weeks and about 6 weeks from the finish line, my teeth stopped moving. It was frustrating, especially after all the pain I'd been through but Dr. Doppel outfitted me with an extra 20 trays that are way more comfortable at no extra cost. Sure, I've got some time added but in the grand scheme of things I'm in great hands with a team that knows their stuff. I appreciate Dr. Doppel, her team and their work thus far.

Dr Doppel and staff are wonderful. As an adult my teeth had moved slightly making it difficult to floss. Dr Doppel recommended Invisalign for me. She uses the latest technology. Her staff are highly trained and my appointments were very efficient. You are seen immediately at your appointment time. They quickly assess everything, ask for feedback and give excellent instructions. My teeth are straight and beautiful and have remained so for 7 years. I needed to replace my well used night retainer and Dr Doppel was able to do that in less than a week. It feels great! Thank You! Elise

I had my initial consultation today and was very impressed with the professionalism and kindness at the office. I’m getting Invisalign to correct some minor movement that has occurred since my teens and my first go-around with braces. I’m excited to start working with Pacific Orthodontics & have straight teeth in about 8-12 months!
When I was 19 and broke I had a lower molar removed, all I could afford at the time was an extraction. Over the next twenty years or so my teeth around it moved around and started to cave in around the gap. Definitely not ideal. When I changed dentist in Seattle, my new dentist took the opportunity to point out to me that Dr. Doppel could help with this and referred me. I'm really glad that happened because I've had wonderful treatment over an almost 2 and a half year time period. I don't think my case is an easy one, and it's not the usual kind, but Dr. Doppel and her staff are incredibly attentive and all-round awesome. She worked out a system that was partially wire, partially Invisalign, and changed and adapted as things shifted around. That made a big difference for me! as a stage performer with wind instruments, having wire braces wasn't always ideal, and they worked around that when they could but also helped me figure out when it would do a better job and to switch over. When the pandemic lockdowns hit, I got a great care package delivered to my door with all of the Invisalign trays I'd need for the next few months. Then, when the office re-opened, they'd spared nothing and it's been incredibly safe. Making and moving appointments has been a breeze, and Dr. Doppel coordinated all sorts of other care with my Dentist and Oral Surgeon so that everything was kept straight. Most importantly, my bite is a lot better today. Can definitely recommend!

Dr. Doppel and everyone who works with her are wonderful people who provide excellent care and treatment. I actually look forward to my appointments. Imagine that! Everyone is friendly, accomplished, with a great sense of humor. Not incidentally, I think Dr. Doppel is probably some kind of orthodontic genius. The progress I’ve made has been so quick and so remarkably effective, it’s hard to believe. I started my treatment a year ago looking something like a Scottish Neanderthal. Now when I smile at people they don’t run the other way, they smile back. Dr. Doppel‘s office is the opposite of a typical dental experience. Over the years walking into a dentist’s office is often like walking into a mortuary. There’s a grim cloud hanging over everything. You feel the certainty that even if things “go well” it will be a miserable experience that could result in stories you tell people for years. Granted Dr. Doppel and her staff don’t inflict pain, but the larger point is that even if they did, you’d know that you couldn’t be in better, more caring, and more competent hands. I am so glad I found them and not somebody else. And if you have orthodontic needs, why would you think of going anywhere else?
